Een infraroodcamera (ook wel warmtebeeldcamera of thermische camera) meet de temperatuur van een heel oppervlak tegelijk en laat in een live beeld zien waar de temperatuurverschillen zitten. De infraroodcamera's van Optris zijn vaste camera's voor industrie, R&D en inbouw in machines: je sluit ze via USB of Ethernet aan op een pc of besturing, of gebruikt ze met een laptop op statief.

## Welke infraroodcamera kies je?

- **Algemene industriële metingen, elektronica en R&D:** Xi 400, Xi 410 en Xi 640, of uit de precisielijn PI 400i, PI 450i en PI 640i. Ze meten in het langgolvige infrarood (8–14µm), standaard van -20 tot 900°C. Twijfel je tussen de twee VGA-camera's? - **Metalen, gesmolten metaal en hoge temperaturen:** Xi 1M, Xi 05M, PI 1M, PI 05M en PI 08M meten op een korte golflengte (0,5–1,1µm). Metalen stralen daar meer uit dan in het langgolvige infrarood, waardoor de meting minder gevoelig is voor reflecties. - **Meten door vlammen heen, bijvoorbeeld in ovens:** de Xi 320 MT, die op 3,9µm meet.
- **Het heetste punt bewaken:** de Xi 80 spoort zelfstandig de hotspot op.

## Compacte Xi-infraroodcamera's

De Xi-serie bestaat uit compacte, betaalbare infraroodcamera's (vanaf €940) voor vaste opstellingen en voor inbouw in machines (OEM). Ze hebben beschermingsklasse IP67 en de lens kies je bij bestelling. Elke Xi-camera wordt standaard geleverd met:

- Xi-camera
- USB-kabel en kabel voor in- en uitgangen (1m)
- Montagebeugel
- Software PIX Connect (zie Benodigde software)

## PI-precisiecamera's

De PI-serie bestaat uit onze meest geavanceerde camera's. Met een thermische gevoeligheid (NETD) vanaf 40mK zie je ook heel kleine temperatuurverschillen. De lenzen zijn verwisselbaar, zodat je het beeldveld aanpast als je meetopstelling verandert. De camera's hebben beschermingsklasse IP67 en zijn bestand tegen een stootje. Iedere PI-camera wordt standaard geleverd met:

- PI-camera
- USB-kabel en kabel voor in- en uitgangen (1m)
- Tafelstatief
- Robuuste transportkoffer (IP67)
